Our vineyards, situated just 2 to 5 miles from the Pacific Ocean, benefit from the region’s unique maritime influence and diverse volcanic and oceanic soils. This creates the perfect conditions for producing white wines brimming with vibrant energy, minerality, and distinct character. What makes our region even more special is that it’s the coolest growing area in all of California. This results in an exceptionally long growing season, perhaps the longest on the West Coast. This extended period allows our grapes to ripen slowly, developing full, rich flavors while preserving the natural acidity that is the hallmark of Cadre wines. It’s this combination of factors that makes the San Luis Obispo Coast such an extraordinary place for white wines,. This is a one-of-a-kind blend inspired by Northern Italy's Alto Adige mountainous region, known for vibrant, mineral-rich white wines. Our blend captures this essence with a SLO Coast twist, replacing traditional varieties like Pinot Bianco with Albariño for its floral, lively character and blending Grüner for a mineral touch akin to fleshy mountain Chardonnay. Sauvignon Blanc adds herbal notes, creating a dynamic mix.

AROMATICS

This wine is a symphony of aromas, showcasing the best of all three varietals. It’s a vibrant blend of floral notes, herbal salinity, and a medley of citrus and tropical island fruits. You can almost sense the nearby Pacific Ocean. The wine exudes scents of salty grapefruit and lush Hawaiian breakfast fruits, accented by hints of green herbs. There’s a lot happening here, with a beautiful harmony of white flowers, fruit, saline, and savory herbs.
